Website CRM Data Collection

ZimThrive will be making a major digital push including the exploration of Big Data opportunities. This effort will be piloted in the promotion of 2022 through various Zimcentric events around the world in the build up to the initiative with the establishment of structured CRM created customer profiles and expanding on this at every opportunity to build from basic data to in depth profiling including customer behaviour. ZimThrive will offer the opportunity or customers and supporters to opt in to sharing this data with key partners and sponsors. It will be important to incentivise this participation through sponsor offers.

Online Advertising and Promotions

We will be offering our online platform to key sponsors and partners to advertise with direct link backs to sponsors sites. We will work with sponsors to develop ZimThrive specific promotions to maximise the interaction to with sponsors products and services. This opportunity will be primarily focused on achieving awareness and interest allowing our sponsors via this engagement to convert this interest into action.

Blogging and editorial

ZimThrive will engage with sponsors and partners in a similar manner to our interaction with artists and other event organisers. Our proposal is to work with sponsors and partners by introducing them through editorial through the development of well written human-interest editorial and blogs about the organisations, their employees and their work in the community. We feel that this subtle engagement will be more successful for us than traditional advertising.

Ticketing integration

ZimThrive will offer integrated discounts package offers as part of the marketing campaign allowing sponsors and partners to offer these discounts to their existing customers and supporters as well as integrating promotions in publically available discount codes. Promotional texts will be devised to introduce sponsors and partners to new potential customers.

Social Media

All channels will be supported by strong social media campaigns that will include the ZimThrive social media presence; the social media presence of our teams and selected influential individuals in the community including the artists and business personalities who will participate at the event. The return on social media campaigns has seen a decline in organic reach with social media companies pushing for paid campaigns. We have tested paid campaigns and early indications indicate that these are value for money and we will therefore be engaging in these. In addition to this our Social Media team are exploring new platforms like Meet-up and Vine to expand our social reach. ZimThrive will be backed by a meet-up campaign opening a new channel to our existing platform.

Video and Images Library

Branding and/or ads integrated into official event video, audio and images which will be used for post event, year-round promotion and copies of all digital files. This will include all podcasts of sets and interviews recorded to promote the event
